The Capital Projects Community Oversight Committee (CPCOC) reports to Round Rock ISD’s Board of Trustees and operates under the Board’s authority to monitor the scope, timeline, and expenditures of capital projects, including but not limited to those funded by bonds.

The CPCOC typically meets on the 3rd or 4th Wednesday of the month in the evening, with meetings being held in the Board Room of the Round Rock ISD Administration building, unless otherwise noted.

Regular meetings of the CPCOC are open to the public. Public comments are heard at the beginning of each regular meeting.
